วันหยุดอีสเตอร์ และ สงกรานต์ ของสถานทูตอังกฤษ และ VFS visa application centre ปี 2555

ทางเวบไซต์ของสถานทูตอังกฤษได้แจ้งวันหยุดอีสเตอร์ และ วันหยุดสงกรานต์ ประจำปี 2555 ดังค่อไปนี้ค่ะ

– วันศุกร์ที่ 6 เมษายน 2555 (อีสเตอร์)

– วันจันทร์ที่ 9 เมษายน 2555 (อีสเตอร์)

– วันศุกร์ที่ 13 เมษายน 2555 (สงกรานต์)

สำหรับท่านที่จะเดินทางในช่วงนั้น ควรวางแผนขอวีซ่าล่วงหน้าก่อนสมควรนะคะ โดยสามารถยื่นขอวีซ่าได้เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน ก่อนวันเดินทาง โดยมีระยะทำการประมาณ 15 วัน สำหรับวีซ่าระยะสั้น และ 12 อาทิตย์ สำหรับวีซ่าระยะยาวค่ะ

Songkran and Easter holidays in Thailand

The UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Bangkok usually experiences a large increase in the number of visa applications during the period leading up to Songkran.

This year the Easter holiday falls shortly before Songkran which is likely to further increase the demand for visas at this time. If it is your intention to travel to the UK around this time, please apply for your visa early. You can apply for a visa up to 3 months in advance of your date of travel. We will aim to process non-settlement visa applications within 15 working days and settlement visas within 12 weeks.

The VFS visa application centre and the British Embassy will be closed on Friday 6 April and Monday 9 April for the Easter holiday and also Friday 13 April for the Songkran festival.
